So excited to have a girl gang. I grew up the oldest of 4 girls and my sisters are my closest friends, so I`m so excited my daughters will get to experience the same thing — a bond that lasts a lifetime.
Folks, we have a middle schooler- Raegan started 7th grade this week (the first year of middle school in our neck of the woods), and I am excited and not okay all at the same time. 🥹
As a life update, I’m excited to enter my 9th month of pregnancy. Carrying our fourth baby is one of the greatest gifts of my life.

I just feel so overwhelmingly grateful to be a mother, especially to these precious girls. I love each of them so much that my heart just aches.

My sweet family ❤️ Thank you all for the kind words and support shown to us since my last post. I’m holding grief and joy in my heart lately: I’m grieving the loss of my baby (that happened in early December), while also basking in the joy I feel when I’m with this family of mine.

Finally coming back to Instagram after some time away. The first picture posted symbolizes how I feel today. The second picture posted shows all the leftover roof shingles that I shattered in rage and grief, screaming until my throat was raw, crying because I lost a baby and I don`t know why.
I`ve been going through a really hard time, but I can finally raise my head out of the waves of grief and anguish, and see that all along God held me and healed me.
Even in the depth of my pain, in the miry pit, You anchored my soul. You carried me when I couldn’t get out of bed some days or see beyond the heaviness that blanketed me. At the crest of my pain, the wave that threatened my soul, You proved mighty to save. God, You rescued me from the deepest grief and continue to do a redeeming work in me.
Through all of this I`ve learned: your grief isn`t too big for God. Your postpartum depression isn’t too dark for God. Your miscarriage isn’t lost on God. And, there is always hope.

Today is Noah’s last day as an 11 month old! I nearly forgot to share her monthly photo, but just know that Noah Girl is on the move. She started singing, swaying to music, and walking faster and faster. She waves bye bye, says bye bye and hi, and when asked how she’s doing she says, “Good!” She loves throwing objects behind her, and playing in Honor’s toys. Noah brings the calm to our family. She loves snuggling all of us and giving the best hear hugs. I can’t wait to celebrate her birthday this weekend!
This past weekend we celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary, a total of 8 years since God called us to one another.
Christians tend to believe we are called to our vocations, and we expect that there will be good and bad days on the job. But, when it comes to our spouses, we somehow only expect good days.
Through these short years together, we’ve learned that we’ve been called to all of one another — the good, as well as the other’s sins, quirks, bad habits, red flags, beige flags, you name it. I truly believe God graces me for every part of Joshua, and vice versa.
He is the love of my life. Together, we’ve built a beautiful family. It’s been a honor to bear his last name and his children over these years. Here’s to forever 💫
Saturday mornings: Josh and I cheering on Honor at soccer practice, playing “Castle” with our girls at the playground, and watching Raegan’s golf lessons. I am literally living out my dreams watching their smiling faces and raising these precious girls with him ❤️
