Meet Honor Grace

We are so thrilled to share that we welcomed Baby J into the world a little over a week ago! She came exactly 2 weeks early (38 weeks) right before noon, weighing 5 lbs 9.6 oz and measuring 19 inches long.

Honor’s birth was incredibly peaceful, despite it coming so unexpectedly soon and in the midst of a pandemic. With everything going on in the world, her first week brought us all so much joy!

Honor’s story is simply beautiful — there were surprises at every single turn, and I have had to surrender each of my expectations. In doing so, I found that my reality far exceeded my plans, even with a challenging pregnancy. I will share a series of posts detailing our pregnancy, including how we found out we were pregnant, the meaning of her name, our festivities, and her birth story. Everything that the Lord told us would happen with her, came to pass. He was with us every step of the way, and I am forever in awe of His faithfulness to us.
